1. The software

hush is open source under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it, including commercially, as long as the licence notice stays with it. The full text is in the repository.

2. As-is

hush is built for our own apps and shared as-is. It comes without warranty of any kind, as the MIT License says, and without any promise of support, updates or fitness for your purpose.

3. Your deployment

If you run hush, you operate it: you are responsible for your server, its security, your users' data and your own privacy policy. We have no access to your instance.

4. This website and the demo

This website and the demo are provided for information, free of charge, and may change or go away. Please do not try to break the demo; it holds only invented data.

5. Governing law and contact
